Situated on the second floor of the building, light and airy, one bedroom apartment with high ceilings. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen (if you really want to cook during vacation) linens, towels (bath and pool) , internet 40 megas, cable, ceiling fans and individually controlled AC units in each space. Queen-sized bed and hammock.

Excellent location just 5 minute walk to the famous Mamitas beach, Ideal for a relaxing, spontaneous and fun holiday if you decide to go grocery shopping or visit a wide variety of restaurants all walkable distances.

We have two Colleman beach chairs for your convenience to take to the beach and enjoy a day of sun.

Transit

If you are visiting places like Xcaret, Chichén Itzá, Tulum etc. you will need a car or take public transportation. If you want to visit Cozumel just take the ferry.
One step out of the condo and taxis pass by every minute, no need to wait or walk to get one.Our condo is located in the most safest area in Playa del Carmen to go on an early adventure tour or coming back late from the nightclub.

Neighborhood

Privileged location, 14th St and 10th Ave. Right in the center of Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and Quinta Alegría shopping mall on 5th. Ave. The beach is a few steps away. As soon as you get to the condo you will notice you have everything at hand and it is perfect for long or short walks.

Access

Housekeepers live inside the property in a separate apartment. They receive guests and hand-in the keys to the property.

Driving directions:
Leaving the airport, take the right lane to merge into Cancun – Chetumal / Carretera a Tulum – Mexico 307 on the access road towards Playa Del Carmen / Tulúm.
Drive for 53 km, once in Playa del Carmen take the exit Constituyentes Ave. on your right. Continue straight forward at the first ligth on 30tn Ave. Proceed to make a right-hand turn on 15th Ave. Continue straight forward to make a left-hand turn on 12th St. To be placed over 10th Ave. Turn left over 14th St. and the Condo will be at your left hand
