Our house is located next to one of the main Cancun avenues (Bonampak Ave), a few steps from an Oxxo convenience store, restaurants, markets, urban transportation and 5 minutes from ferry station to Isla Mujeres and of course close to the beach.

Access Carretera Cancún – Tulum / Chetumal-Cancun / México 307 from Cancún Airport for 4 min (3.2 km)
Continue on Carretera Cancún – Tulum / México 307 towards Av. Nichupté at 8, Cancún for 12 min (12.8 km)
Take Av. Bonampak towards C. 21 at 64 for 10 min (4.8 km)
