Space

Situated on the third floor, with tons of sunlight and fresh air flowing through this flat has Two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, to accommodate a family up to four. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen (if you really want to cook during your vacations) linens, towels, good internet connection and individually controlled AC devices.

Things to do:

You would easily reach the city center in a short 7 minute drive, where you will find a great variety of restaurants, shops, markets or groceries. (And parking won’t be an issue, you can find a spot wherever you go).

However, even closer is Punto 115, the local’s area for gathering with friends and going for some tacos and micheladas. If you want to enjoy an authentic “playense” evening you might give it a try.

Transit

A commercial plaza and a supermarket are only 4 minutes away. If you are visiting places like Xcaret, Chichén Itzá, Tulum etc. it will be perfect if you rent a car but you can also take public transportation. If you want to visit Cozumel just take the ferry. Public transportation stop is only one and a half block away (where there is an Oxxo).

Neighborhood

The beach and downtown are a 7 minute drive away. As soon as you get to the condo you will notice you have everything at hand and it is perfect to enjoy with your family or friends.

Access Cancun – Chetumal / Tulum México 307 highway from Airport. 4 min (3.0 km)
Continue on Cancun – Chetumal / Tulum México 307 towards Playa del Carmen for 41 min (50.8 km)
Take the exit towards Av. Luis Donaldo Colosio.
Turn right on Av. Luis Donaldo Colosio, drive pass Avenida Petempich and turn right on the next street Av. Flor de Ciruelo, then turn left on Av. de la Estrella.
The building Paseo del Sol in Paseo de los Olivos is on the left hand side of the street.
