Transit
We suggest book transportation or to rent a car to be able to move in the area, it will be our pleasure to assist you to make the arrangements.
Chetumal is a very charming place with paradise beaches and magnificent cenotes, you will be just a short car ride away also, from Bacalar Lagoon, known for the many shades of blue and turquoise from its water.
Notes
I. Do not exceed the number of people allowed. Only 2 guests per room are permitted. Additional guests or parties are NOT allowed. *If more people enter the property without authorisation an additional deduction will be taken from the deposit for breaking the max.
II. It is important that guests abide by the check out policy. Around 11am is the time to leave all rooms, and we expect all guests to leave the property by 12pm at the latest.
III. Notify the person responsible for any damage or incident to the property.
IV. Do NOT flush Toilet Paper – this property uses a Septic System Flush only natural waste and please use the trash bin for toilet paper & feminine products.
V. Animals are not allowed. Upon request we will be able to accommodate your mascots at a nearby shelter for an extra fee (only upon advanced notification and in accordance to availability).
VI. No smoking inside the rental property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. The house is a no-smoking zone inside.
VII.Please refrain from creating any loud noises between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
VIII. Please separate organic (biological origin) from inorganic waste. There are separate locations for rubbish disposal.
IX. Please don’t take any item outside the property or transfer any furniture from one room to another. Please do not bring any bath towels outside the rooms, instead use outdoor towels for outdoor activities.
X. Be mindful of children’s and safety guidelines. Parents are constantly in charge of guaranteeing their children’s safety at all times.
XI. Parking. Only one vehicle can be accommodated inside the property. Outside the property there will be no parking difficulties, however we are not responsible for personal injury, damage to vehicles, equipment or contents.
XII. Security rules in the house. Although we have taken the essential precautions to make our vacation property secure, please ensure that all windows and doors are closed and secured whenever guests leave the property to preserve security and avoid rain and water damage. We are not liable for the loss of any valuables or personal property. Please notify us if you forget anything in the home to keep an eye out for it throughout the changeover and vacation rental cleaning.
XIII. Staff and Host presence. While rooms are private and will remain undisturbed at the guests stay, be aware that usually from 8am to 10am, the staff and host will have access to the property and will access common areas for maintenance purposes.
