Be aware that power in Tulum is unstable. All listings are cleaned before arrival but we are in the jungle, you can find ants, mosquitoes, scorpions (not poisonous) and spiders (not poisonous), please remember you are not in the city, you are in the Caribbean jungle!
The road is a dirt road and sometimes has bumps and holes due to rain. The road is very manageable with any type of car, moped, or bike. It only adds to the adventure.
Neighborhood
This apartment is located at South Tulum, in “La Veleta”. Easily reached by a short bike ride and a nice walk from Tulum downtown. You will be 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful cenotes and less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores.The newly opened beach road, Av. Kukulkan, is right around the corner and will bring you to the coast in 10 minutes by car or 25 by bike. You will stay in a new trendy developed area, close to a wide variety of excellent cuisine restaurants and bars.
